POWER BACK GAUGE
SIX-SAFETY SENSORS
RIGID PARALLEL MECHANISM
The power back gauge is transmitted by a precision ballscrew for smooth motion and transmission accuracy.
The six-safety sensors is conforming CE norms. Ensures a perfect parallelism between the top and bottom die.
   

BENDING ANGLE SETTING
The control panel provides accurate and convenient bending angle (depth positioning) setting with micrometric adjustment and readout display.

ACCURATE DEPTH POSITIONING
A standard feature for 60 tons and bigger models. This outstanding function ansures precise angle for bent work piecs.
The high accuracy depth positioning (bending angle) is achieved through mechanical stops in the cylinders.
 
Fully Enclosed Hydraulic Power System DELEM NC CONTROL MODELS
  The Delem 2 axes NC control system can control back gauge and bending angle. Product memory of up to 100 programs and numbers of steps 25 4.7" monochrome LCD display.
 
 
QUALITY FEATURES THAT ASSURE ACCURACY, PRODUCTIVITY AND TROUBLE-FREE OPERATIONS
  RIGID CONSTRUCTION THRU-OUT
  The entire machine frame is manufactured from high-tension steel plate, stress relieved for deformation free year after year. The frame is rigidly welded and bolted to create a robust machine structure.
  EXTRA WIDE GUIDEWAY
  The extra wide guide way design provides added smoothness and stability for guide block movement, reciting high accuracy as des red.
  HIGH PARALLEL ACCURACY
  The parallel mechanism is a mechanical structure, providing forced syncronized motions for the top and bottom die, This assures high parallelism accuracy between both dies at any position of stroke movement.
  OVERSIZED HYDRAULIC OIL TANK HIGH PERFORMANCE PUMP
  The big tank capacity increases oil flow smoothness and better oil cooling efficiency.
  The high performance pump features low noise running and stable oil flow.
  ACCURATE DEPTH OF BENDING
  High accuracy depth positioning is controlled by mechanical stops inside cylinder, assuring accurate angle of bending at all times.
  DEPENDABLE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
  The hydraulic system includes high quality solenoid valves and two powerful cylinders, featuring powerful force output and stable motions.
  Two-step downward speed design. Fast speed for approaching work piece and low speed for bending operation, which greatly shortens machine time.
  Working pressure is easy to set by simply turning a variable regulator with overload protection to provide a proper presure.
  ADJUSTABLE STROKE
  The rapid approach stroke for top blade is adjustable to meet various machining requirements and to increase productivity.
  BLADE
  One piece top blade.
  One piece 4-face bottom die. (Multi-size V-slot design to meet most useful bending applications.)
  POWER BACK GAUGE
  The motorized back gauge is transmitted by high precision ball screw with readout display and permits micrometric adjustment, tolerance is within +/-0.1mm.
  CROWNING AUTO COMPENSATION
  Standard features for 60 tons and bigger models. The bottom die / table are equipped with auto crowning hydraulic system. allowing for adjustment to suit various specificatinos of work piece.
  NC CONTROLLED BACK GAUGE
  2 axes, back gange (length) and bending angle (depth), NC control system from ELGO/Germany or Delem/Netherlands are available upon request.
